Gearing up for my first big project... My band Light The Shadow

Ok, so I am kinda worried, but totaly stoked.

Thanks to the wonderful users of this forum, I have gotten a great start on building a good small production studio. I bought a domain and webspace for my small production setup in witch I hope to make some money from by recording and putting together projects for the local area. I do a lot of video editing and production, and I am looking to get in deep with audio production.

I am in a hardcore/metal band called Light The Shadow. Check out our pages at www.lighttheshadow.buttonlock.net My first real audio project will be to record our first 7 song demo. If you look in my profile, you can see all the gear and sfotware I am planning to use.

I need a LOT of help in the EQ/Mixing/Master part. Tracking isn't bad at all. I got most of tha nailed down. I hope to get the help from everyone on the forums here that I need to make a great sounding disc... we want to make an impression with it and shut up the other locals who are not writing and recording music for the right reasons.
