Making Ground on the Move
Apr 08, 2002 - Contributed By dB Masters
The old HRC is slowly finding it's way over to this new server, a little more time and energy and we will be done!

OK faithful patrons, and new visitors, the move of this community is going pretty well. The recording tips are moved, many links are moved Noize2u will be working on adding the freeware links to the directory in the next few days.

We still have our data sitting on the old server until May 1st, so we have plenty of time to get everything we want from that space, though I am still trying to figure out what to do with things like the new "HRC Recommends" section that I had built as well as features I may want to add. Though I am trying to reign in my wish list because last time I implemented everything I thought was neat, I wound up with a website far to big to maintain because it was too "pieced together". This website I am working hard to keep neat and integrated to keep the visitor experience pleasant and the maintenance tasks easy and quick.

So, if you have suggested things that I commented about liking, but you don't see them here right away, it may be because I am taking my time and thinking about how to do it properly in the big picture.

Once again, thanks for sticking it out with us, this site will grow back to it's former glory and even beyond, but this time smarter on the back-end :-)

If you wish to join the team and contribute your tips and such, feel free to drop me a line and request contributor privledges for your registration. Many people that contributed to the old HRC already have contributor privledges, and you can too!
