just got no luck

I worked the event last night, had a blast, talked to Rodrigo he asked how my knee was doing I said I wrapped it and heat/cold treated it so hopefully I'd be at the gym the next day. I wake up the next morning sicker than hell, sore throat, coughing, tight chest...took some dope and slept until 2:30...I lost my blue belt.

Damn I'm pissed. What should have been a landmark weekend in my life, getting belted, watching fight events I helped organize from ringside, rolling with a Gracie, etc, it wound up being one of the worst.

Life sucks sometimes.
