Had a decent weekend

Well, after thanksgiving I took the family up to Duluth, Minnesota's port city on Lake Superior, to stay at a waterpark/hotel to let the kids have some fun and me and my wife to relax for a couple days. Overall it was fun, the kids had a blast and so did we going down waterslides, floating down the lazy river and just relaxing.

One thing I learned. Just because a restaurant is called a "bar and grill" doesn't mean it's typical fare and prices...I ended up spending $80 on dinner that wasn't any better a worse than any standard bar and grill.

Took the kids to see Splitrock Lighthouse, which was cool. Their great grandfathers being part of the Iron Ore era they found a little bit of association with it.
