Tough Weekend

From dB Masters on Oct 23, 2006

Argh, well, I got my next rank in Kenpo Karate over the weekend. Got a pretty hard beating while getting it, having some other guys from the gym taking me on one at a time while I just keep going...by the end of 20 minutes or so of a new, rested, fresh opponent every coupld of minutes and me not stopping, I was pretty tired, but I passed, I got it, and I have been sore ever since.

I learned some things tho. I can hit the bag all I want, once there are fists flying at your head you start thinking all differently, any of this pretty technique and crap is out the window, it's survival...
