I have yet to find the final speaker cab, but right now the MarkBass head is rockin' it thru 2 10" subwoofers I had laying around...surprisingly good sound out of it, and the MarkBass kills it! Played a couple pretty decent sized venues with it and the direct out is clean, stage sound from the amp is strong...good stuff!

May 03, 2016 01:36 pm Nice! Looks like fun. How are the cabs wired? Have you tried mic'ing them yet?
May 03, 2016 01:45 pm The two cabs, for the time being I created a funky little wire that wires them together in serial to keep a lower ohm rating from it.
I have never miked it as yet, since the head has a direct out, and the direct out is really nice.
At some point I want to get a 2x10 MarkBass cabinet, but, until I get the money set aside for it, these are gonna work pretty well. I may, however, build a cabinet so I can have the speakers in one cab, for ease of loading.

Blam!
